Vueling Airlines operating four flights a week to Paris-Orly

Spain's Vueling Airlines is now operating a direct flight from Hamburg Airport to Paris-Orly Aiport four times a week. Hamburg is now connected to two airports in the French capital, a press release said in November.

"We are delighted that Hamburg Airport is now connected to another airport in Paris alongside Charles-de-Gaulle. That gives our passengers even more choice for their trip to the famous city," said Dirk Behrens, Head of Aviation at Hamburg Airport. Paris-Orly Airport is well connected to the transport network. "Buses and trains run regularly to the city centre." Depending on the means of transport, the city centre is about 30 to 45 minutes away from the airport. "The connection is ideal for business travellers and holidayers also benefit from the fast routes," he added.

Vueling Airlines also flies direct flight from Hamburg to Barcelona and operates an Airbus aircraft on the route. The airline also serves short and medium-haul routes in Europe, North Africa and the Middle East. Commenting on the inaugural flight in early November, Ulla Bär, Vueling's Germany Manager, said: "Vueling aims to contribute to the tourism industry. The decision to launch new routes between Germany and France is part of that goal."
