Certificates for rapid coronavirus tests subject to conditions

Employers in Hamburg can issue rapid coronavirus test certificates to their employees subject to conditions, a press release said Wednesday (April 7, 2021). The certificates will be valid for 12 hours only and are on a par with the free weekly tests now available to residents. Companies must document and keep a written or electronic record of the tests performed, including personal data.

Two rapid coronavirus tests per week

Employers should offer a free rapid coronavirus test twice a week to employees present at workplaces. Companies and persons tasked with carrying out the tests can more informationa about, training requirements and conditions on the city's website.
